Vaney Hariri is the Chief Culture Officer + Co-Founder of Think 3D who has been helping people develop intentional cultures for over 16 years at various levels within his community. As a leader, board member, mentor, and community advocate, his biggest mission is to help people love better, starting with themselves.

As co-founder of Think 3D Solutions and co-author of Think 3D – A Radical New Approach to Maximizing the Potential of Your Team, Vaney brings real, candid, and effective coaching to leadership development. With 12+ years in the financial industry leading high-performing teams, he saw firsthand how culture drives engagement, performance, and retention—beliefs that led him to launch Think 3D Solutions.

An active Sioux Falls leader, Vaney has served over a decade on the Human Relations Commission, chaired it for five years, and holds executive roles with Downtown Sioux Falls Inc. and the Rotary Club.
