Maggie Hylton is the Brand Experience Lead for Back to Nature, a legacy natural snack brand that came under Barilla ownership in 2023. She built Back to Nature's social, influencer, PR, media and email programs from the ground up and led the digital launch of a full rebrand in 2025, culminating in an immersive pop-up experience in LA. Maggie began her career doing everything from cold calls to copywriting at a software startup and spent the following 9 years in agency account management for clients like SONIC Drive-In, Cargill and The American Egg Board. She's a published poet, avid home cook and outdoor enthusiast in her free time.

Kevin Reilly, President of SixSpeed, champions the power of immersive, emotionally resonant brand experiences that go beyond traditional marketing and advertising. His career has been defined by creating meaningful connections between people and brands—whether through storytelling, innovation, or unforgettable activations. Kevin’s perspective bridges business strategy with creative execution. Prior to taking the CEO role at SixSpeed, he was the VP of Marketing for Polaris On-Road and has led sales and/or marketing teams for Blue Moon, Peroni, Leinenkugel’s, Indian Motorcycle, Victory Motorcycles, and Slingshot.

Michael Kibbee, Design Director - Michael’s primary focus is to fan the flames of inspiration and talent while serving as the team’s holistic design voice—spearheading strategy, driving ideation, supervising projects, and leading creative teams. He has more than 20 years of creative experience in event marketing, executive briefing centers and environmental graphic design, including notable executions for 3M, Whirlpool Corporation, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi Genzyme, Cardinal Health, Vista Outdoor, AON Insurance, Uponor, Trane Commercial, and Toro.

Tom Woody, is a Senior Business Development Manager at Freeman, where he partners with corporate and association clients to deliver innovative solutions for their production needs, focusing on immersive experiences and impactful activations. With a passion for personalized client engagement, Tom brings strategic insight and creative energy to every project, whether working with local businesses or global brands.

Beyond his role at Freeman, Tom is a dedicated leader in the advertising community. He has served as President of the AAF Des Moines club, Governor of AAF District 9, and most recently, chaired the AAF Central Region. This year has rejoined the AAF District 9 board and is currently leading efforts for the American Advertising Awards as 2nd Lt. Governor of the District.
